LIONBALL BAK KUT TEH CHINESE HERBS
Cooking method:
1. Bring 2500ml of water to a boil over high heat.
2. Add 6 to 8 heads of black garlic, 2 packets of "Lion Ball Brand Ancient Bak Kut Teh" (do not open the sand bag), add a little salt (do not be too salty), 2 tbsp soy sauce (sun oil), 1/ 2 to 2 liters of meat, add 1 naked garlic over high heat and bring to a boil over high heat for 15 minutes.
3. Then turn to medium heat and cook for about 1 hour, add appropriate amount of salt and monosodium glutamate to taste, cook for about 10 minutes, and serve hot.

煮法:
1.先将2500毫升清水大火煮沸。
2。加入6至8粒黑蒜头,2包“狮球牌古早味肉骨茶”(请勿拆开砂袋),加入少许盐(请勿太咸),2汤匙酱油(晒油),1/2到2公升肉类,加入1裸大火蒜,用大火煮沸至15分钟。
3.然后转至中火煮约1小时,加入适量盐和味精调味,再煮约10分钟,即可趁热食用。
